Archer B. Battista
Arch is a graduate of Dickinson College in Pennsylvania and the Western New England College School of Law. A member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1977, he concentrates in civil litigation in the state and federal courts, with emphasis upon employment, real estate, housing and personal injury matters.
Mr. Battista is a leader in the organized bar, and is a Director and a former Executive Committee member of the Hampden County Bar Association. He has chaired the Bench/Bar Conference Committees on the Springfield District Court and the Western Division of the Housing Court. He is a Fellow and Life Member of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and a trustee of the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute. An Air Force veteran, he served both as a command pilot and in a broad range of senior military management positions until his recent retirement from Reserve service, in the grade of Colonel. Arch and his family make their home in Belchertown.
