A native of Long Island, Mr. Donnelly graduated from St. Michael’s College, VT., earned a Master’s in English at the State University of New York at Stonybrook, and graduated from Western New England College School of Law. Mr. Donnelly’s areas of concentration are real estate, environmental law, civil litigation and landlord/tenant law.

In addition to board memberships on a number of area non-profit agencies, Mr. Donnelly is an adjunct faculty member at Western New England college Law School. He resides in Wilbraham.
