
Molly J. McNamara graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lasell University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Political Science. She graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law | Boston in 2023. Molly was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November of 2023 and is also admitted to the bar in Maine, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
Before joining Lyon & Fitzpatrick, LLP, Molly represented corporate landlord clients and housing authorities throughout New England and gained broad litigation experience at firms specializing in complex civil litigation, including product liability, tort, and toxic tort law.
Molly joined Lyon & Fitzpatrick, LLP, in January 2026, her practice is focused on representing landlords, property management companies, and housing authorities in summary process, eviction actions and civil cases in Housing Courts across New England. Molly currently serves as chair of the New Lawyers Section of the Hampden County Bar Association.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys trips to coastal Maine and spending time with her husband, dog, and cats.
